In addition to the development of the Crotone South European Maintenance Center, a brand new Trainee Program will be introduced together with the local employment and social authorities. This Trainee-Program is addressed to every graduated college student.

In relation to this Program, the Crotone Maintenance Center will offer yearly up to 40 places for the training of new Aircraft Technicians. The education will exist in co-operation with Universities and Technical Institutes as well as in praxis either with training in the Maintenance Center or through other European Airlines and other Maintenance Centers.

The Maintenance Center will require, as a condition, a signed contract, which will bind students for at least 3 years after their education at the Maintenance Center.
